What started small, as a single homemade candle and an idea to create something magical that has the healing power to soothe the soul on a stressful day, has grown over the last year into a successful small company.

Like anyone else, I have experienced many traumas in my life that have led me to this moment right here. Leading me to mindfulness and finding positive ways to find balance. Zen & Co is a result of that journey.  Created inside my  kitchen just outside of Atlanta, GA.  Each and every product is hand-poured and made of vegan and/or eco-friendly ingredients of the finest quality. I keep my favorite affirmation in mind when mixing and pouring " I can. I will. End of story."
